When will my order ship, and how long will delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery as long as the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to start the process.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
